Dr Sean Maloney PhD, ASCC, CSCS, CES
Sean has worked with athletes from wide ranges of levels and backgrounds; Olympic, World and Commonwealth medallists to youngsters still in pre-school. Sean has the training knowledge and personal skills to deliver results no matter what the client background.
Sean grew up playing football and rugby as a junior. As a senior athlete, he has competed to a national level within the sports of weightlifting and powerlifting. Sean also has competitive experience in strongman and athletics.
Sean holds a PhD in Biomechanics alongside a MSc in Strength & Conditioning. He is currently a guest S&C lecturer for Middlesex University, University of Bedfordshire and the Professional Golfers' Association. Sean is still an active researcher interested in all things strength/power and coaching pedagogy.
