One of the key goals of this programme is to ‘reset’ joint position:
By improving joint position, we improve our ability to move.
By improving our ability to move, we can improve performance and decrease the risk of injury.
After working on position, we can then more effectively apply targeted mobility and strengthening interventions.
Project Reset is a 10-minute a day ‘add-on’ programme to supplement and support your current training.
The programme covers the shoulder, core, hips, knees and ankles over three separate training days.
It should be completed six days per week for at least four weeks.
